Only ATI provides you with one-stop after-sales service and support from experts. Most ATI hardware, devices, and accessories come with a one-year limited warranty.
Unlike other third-party extended warranties, the ATI Extended Warranty is completely managed and serviced by us. We will provide service, including all parts and labour, or replacement, at no cost to you. After all, at ATI, enhancing your life through exceptional, long-lasting products is not just our claim – it’s our promise.

All costs associated with service, parts, and labour are covered under the warranty plan. However, shipping & handling costs apply.
Warranty begins on the day the system is deployed or activated. In other words, it’s the start date of your software subscription.
If you are experiencing any issues with the ESL or wireless communicator associated with the system, please contact [email protected] to start a warranty application.
Use original ATI packaging or equivalent to ship products to ATI. Be sure to write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the box.
Items to be repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned to ATI at the customer’s expense. Repairs or replacements covered by warranty (as reasonably determined by ATI) will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Subject to material availability, repairs or replacements covered by the warranty will be carried out within 15 days of receipt of the product. Repair of items not covered by warranty will be by an estimate approved by the customer before repair or replacement begins. The estimate will contain costs of repairs and replacements, as well as the expected time frame of completion.
